Greenies are great but they are not all made the same. I have had some in the past that have given my little ones some bathroom emergency issues. Over all when you find the brand that the sensitive little stomachs can handle you want to stick to it.

I'm going through the same situation with my female yorkie, Chanel. She hasn't lost any of her baby teeth and she has to many teeth. It's partially me and my girlfriend's fault because we almost never gave her hard food to munch on. Now she has to do surgery because she's still not loosing them.

I wouldn't mess around, I would try to do whatever the vet tells you. From what I hear Yorkies can often lose many teeth if they're not well cared for.

Do consider having bad teeth removed. My yorkie never lost his baby teeth so I had to have them removed. It was done when he got neutered and he's done fine since then. I find he's more playful and doesn't have an odor coming from his mouth.
