Okay so I have 2 dogs and a cat. My fiancee thinks its okay for all of them to sleep with us. If that isn't enough they all sleep on my side except for the yorkie he sleeps in between us on the pillow. So now can I not only put a foot out when I get to hot I can't roll over without getting growled at. My yorkie has 2 beds but my fiancee doesn't think they should sleep on the floor. I am getting very fed up with this
any advice??? |

Well, you have to talk to the fiancee and let her know that it really bothers you. Even though we all love our pups like babies or family members, we all still need our space. If you get them into this habit for much longer, it will be harder and harder to break. My Gizmo is not allowed on any furniture and listens quite well in that regard. My advice would be to sit her down and discuss the fact that it affects your sleep and makes life a lot harder for you. Hopefully she understands and complies with your wishes.

Sounds like a weird situation.. Do the dogs bark which is why he/she wants them in the bed? Does it keep them calm?
You could always try putting the dogs in a separate room. A lot of times yorkies just want their own space. They are clingy, though. Maybe a king-sized bed? :-) ~YorkieLover Quote:
