Unhappy My Yorkie's left ear dropped

Hello, i have a problem with my yorkie's left ear....
My yorkie is 2 months old and he had both of his ears up for about two weeks. Today i've noticed that the tip of his left ear dropped... is there a possible problem with his ears??? A friend told me that might have happend because he is growing his baby teeth... Is this true?

Snoopy's did that too, went up and down, then at 3 months back up, and at 5 months it's down again.

I was told that at 6 months their ears are permanently "set" however I think it depends on the dog. Snoopy's friend Buster has 2 floppy ears whereas his other girlfriend Bella has 2 "up" ears.

Default Ears

I must say that I had the same problem with the left ear her looked like an air traffic controller one ear straight vertical the other horizontal.

I was told while teething calcium is directed to the teeth and ears will droop if they are heavy with hair. I went and took the clippers and shaved them and in 1 hour later it was almost up in the end she ended up with them up but the left tip of her ear is folded over but I must say it looks like a permanent inquisitive puppy look adorable. When I walk her people always mention how cute her ears are.

I've been told that plain yoghurt can help with floppy ears, but I think they look cute
