Default Off-leash

Do you guys leave your yorkie off-leash when going for walks?

I never leave our baby off leash. Not just for our sake but there are way too many aggresive dogs out off leash these days and they would hurt my baby for sure.

Sometimes. I agree though that there are just too many wreckless owners out there who leave dogs unleashed that have no business not being leashed.

Never, I just don't trust other people!! Some parks around here have designated small dog off-leash areas so I occasionally let her off there.

Not been able to yet. I have seen a Yorkie breader in the city who trains all the puppies off leash before you take them home. Its a little scary and cute at the same time to see a few litters of puppies following this man down the street with a stroller full of dog toys and a few of the littler little ones that cant really keep up.

The really cute part is they all wear bells.

That's pretty funny... I can just see it.

Anyway, we never let ours off the leash in an open area.
