Hi, I'm new to this forum and as far as I have read it isn't too busy here. But either way I'm excited to have a new member of the family and she is perfect!
Her name is Holly, she is 18 months old and so full of life and cute! She fits in with my life and life style so well. We didn't want a hand bag dog, we wanted a terrier that was a Tom boy and that's what she is. She loves to play with other dogs, especially bigger ones. One thing I'm not sure how to train is getting her from the pee pad to outside. Or at least when she is outside she can go outside, right now she holds it till the pee pad, which is perfectly fine. Just for futures. Anyway, hope to hear from some other yorkie owners. Sent from Petguide.com Free App |

when i trained with the pee pad, i moved it slowly toward the door, then out the door. when i got my second yorkie i trained straight from outside. i was home all day so i could do the several times a day outside. if you are home, i would just start going outside with her. when she pees. say PEE, and praise and give treat. you say it when or after they pee. not before, so they associate the word pee with what they just did.
is she a rescue?
